Bybit EU – Not Supported

Unfortunately, Bybit EU is not supported at this time. EU clients can run Sequence Spot strategies on Bitget - Spot. For other alternatives, please refer to our "Getting Started" section to view the other exchanges we support.

1. Use a Desktop Browser for Best Results. We strongly recommend completing the setup process on a desktop browser, preferably Chrome. In our experience, doing this on a mobile web browser can be quite difficult — while not entirely impossible, the process is significantly less smooth. Additionally, API configuration is not supported in the native exchange applications (e.g., the Binance or Bybit mobile apps), so it's important to use a desktop environment for a successful setup.
2. Primary Email Requirement Your registered email is the one linked to your active strategy or bot, and it’s the only one authorized to receive private account information. 2FA codes, invoices, and sensitive support responses will only be sent to this email.

Step 1: Create a sub-account

To ensure optimal strategy performance, and to maintain trading integrity, it is essential that you refrain from manually modifying positions or placing trades within this designated sub-account.

a. Log in to your Main account → “Switch / Create Account” or choose Sub-account from the menu.

b. Create Sub-account, this will bring up a modal dialogue box.
