Regional domain
-
If your OKX account was created on app.okx.com or **us.okx.com** (US/AU), or **eu.okx.com** or my.okx.com/nl, please note that these regional versions are not supported.
-
Only accounts on www.okx.com (Global) and my.okx.com (EEA) can connect to the system.
If you are affected by this, alternative exchanges are available.
- EU clients can run Sequence spot strategies on Bitget - Spot or Kraken Spot.
- For US clients, you can use Kraken Spot which is available in most US states.
Please note: Only our Spot strategies are supported on Kraken.

- Use a Desktop Browser for Best Results.
We strongly recommend completing the setup process on a desktop browser, preferably Chrome. In our experience, doing this on a mobile web browser can be quite difficult — while not entirely impossible, the process is significantly less smooth. Additionally, API configuration is not supported in the native exchange applications (e.g., the Binance or Bybit mobile apps), so it's important to use a desktop environment for a successful setup.
- Primary Email Requirement
Your registered email is the one linked to your active strategy or bot, and it’s the only one authorized to receive private account information. 2FA codes, invoices, and sensitive support responses will only be sent to this email.
